Helen (Coslosky) Yaglowski, 96, of Cromwell, Conn., died on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006, at Middlesex Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late John E. Yaglowski.
Born in Kingston, she lived in New Britain before moving to Cromwell over 50 years ago. She was formerly employed at Landers, Frary and Clark and was a former member of St. John’s Church, Cromwell. Mrs. Yaglowski was an Avon representative in the Cromwell area for many years.
She was preceded in death by her grandson Johnny Yaglowski.
The last of eight children, she leaves her four children and their spouses, John Yaglowski and his late wife, Helen, of Middletown; Robert Yaglowski and Lillian, of Newington; Constance Brownstein and Anthony, of Woodmont; William Labonosky and Linda, of Cromwell; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. from Newington Memorial Funeral Home, 20 Bonair Ave., Newington, Conn., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11a.m. at Holy Spirit Church.
