Ruth Rolison Muller, 89, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, September 25, 2007, at the Meadows Nursing Center, Dallas.
Born May 22, 1918, in Kingston, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Eva (Colwill) Bomboy. She was educated in the Kingston schools.
She worked at the former Hotel Sterling in Wilkes-Barre and the Holiday Towne House in Kingston.
She lived in Kingston for most of her life before moving to Dallas 12 years ago. She was a member of the former Kingston Baptist Church.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years William F. Rolison, who passed away in 1987; an infant son William H. Rolison; daughter Barbara Baldwin, who passed away May 16, 2007; granddaughter Laurie Williams; great-great-granddaughter Faith Lee, on July 13, 2007.
She is survived by her husband of three years John Muller, of Dallas; daughter Patricia Konopki and her husband, John, of Trucksville; son William and his wife, Cindy, of Emmaus; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday from the Hugh B. Hughes & Son Inc. Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort, with the Rev. Dwight Hodne, of the Fellowship Evangelical Free Church of Dallas, officiating. Interment will be in the Forty Fort Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
