As announced in Friday’s Guide, The “Seinfeld Bus” will not make a stop in Wilkes-Barre after all, local music merchant Joe Nardone Jr. said.

The Seinfeld College Tour Bus, complete with Seinfeld memorabilia, giveaways and interactive games, will be at The University of Scranton from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday. The tour bus is free to the public.

Part of a 26-city nationwide tour by Sony Pictures Television, the 60-foot bus includes costumes and props from iconic episodes and a “Scene It? Lounge” for participants to sample a Seinfeld DVD game debuting this fall. The tour also includes games for visitors inspired by Seinfeld episodes, such as “Monk’s Diner Plate Toss” where participants can throw a Seinfeld frisbee through slots in a wall to win prizes, and a “Marine Biologist Hole-In-One” where attendees can attempt to putt a golf ball into the Whale’s blowhole to win a SONY digital camera.

The bus will be in front of St. Thomas Hall, Linden Street and Monroe Avenue.

For information, call The University of Scranton at 941-7401.
