Latin America (Manaubo, Puerto Rico) captured the title with a 2-1 win against the U.S. Central team from Elyria, Ohio. It marked the second World Series title in three years for a team from Manaubo. En route to the World Series, Nanticoke/Newport won the District 16, Section 5, Pennsylvania, and Eastern Region titles.
