Good Shepherd students collect food for St. Vincent kitchen

Members of the fifth and sixth grades at Good Shepherd Academy, Kingston, conducted a food drive to aid the St. Vincent DePaul Kitchen in Wilkes-Barre. Students collected canned goods and other non-perishable food items for several months as part of a community service project that began with Catholic Schools Week. The donations were delivered to the soup kitchen at the end of the school year. Teachers who coordinated the project were Debra Potsko, Margaret Mathewson, Katy Torbik and Janice Ambrulavage.
