Victor S. Urbanski, 76, of Nanticoke, passed away Saturday at the VA Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre.
He was born in Askam, a son of the late Joseph and Annastasia Pehala Urbanski.
Victor was a graduate of Hanover High School and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was employed as a glazier by the former Ridon Glass Company and retired from Anthracite Plate Glass Company, Scranton.
He was preceded in death by brothers, John and Joseph; and sister, Irene.
Surviving are his wife of 51 years, the former Betty Wilczewski; daughter, Judith Kuklewicz; son, Steven and his wife, Lisa; son, Robert and his fiancée, Lisa; grandchildren, Anthony Kuklewicz, Steven, Taylor and Joseph Urbanski.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. from the Stanley S. Stegura Funeral Home Inc., 614 S. Hanover St., Nanticoke, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, Sugar Notch, with the Rev. Vincent Dang officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township. Friends may call today, from 6 to 8 p.m. American Legion Post 176, Warrior Run, will conduct services this evening.
