Third graders at St. Mary’s make blankets for health clinic

Instead of receiving gifts this Christmas in school, the students in the third grade at St. Mary’s Assumption School, Pittston, made blankets to donate to the Pediatric Health Clinic. On December 16, during the celebration of the mass, the children offered their blankets during the Presentation of the Gifts. Then on December 22, the children walked to the Pediatric Health Clinic at St. John the Evangelist Church and presented the blankets to Msgr. Bendik.
