Cuz’s wins playoff for Yatesville first-half title

Susquehanna Bar & Grill will face KWIK ‘N EZ for second-half, all-season this week

Cuz’s Susquehanna Bar & Grill captured the first-half championship and secured a spot in the finals by defeating the regular-season, first-half champs Blandina Apartments. In the three-match playoff, Cuz’s won the first game 12-8, Blandina’s responded by winning the second game also 12-8 and Cuz’s wrapped up the spot in the finals by taking the third game, 12-4.

Cuz’s crew are Guy DePascale Sr., Ed Seprish, Tony Russo and Guy DePascale Jr.

The first round of the second-half playoffs started with Robert’s Repairs defeating Blandina Apartments 12-8; KWIK’N EZ Mart edged Bassler Equipment 12-9; and Atlas Realty bested Old Forge Chiropractic 12-9. The second round saw Atlas Realty eliminate Robert’s Repairs, 12-4. The third round had KWIK ’N EZ ending Atlas Realty’s season, 12-7.

Next week, KWIK ’N EZ will take on second-half, regular-season titlest Cuz’s in the best of three format.

Should KWIK ’N EZ win they will have to play Cuz’s again, this time for the league title. Should Cuz’s win they will be the league champs. Stay tuned we are in for some very exciting bocce.
